I am sure that BIO is the hotel with the best services and a wonderful staff, who knows to take care of the guest. The contact between the staff and guests is fantastic, you realy feel like home, you are one of the big BIO family. Professional and extremely friendly service with facilities for couples, families or whatever. There is a small swimming pool for kids which is 60cm and a much larger one for the rest. The rooms are spotless and everything works. If something doesn't just call room service and it's fixed immediately.

Classy reception, building, staff, play&pool area, and free wifi. :) also received a free voucher for our first buffet dinner which was nice. My husband and I booked a last minute trip to the Bio hotel apartments. This hotel is located in walking distance to the centre of old Rethymnon (+/-750 meter), is very close to the beach (50 m) and has a pool . You realy must meet these people, they are real Cretans and so friendly. If you are lucky try to be at one of their food parties by the pool

I agree with most of the reviews. Hotel is clean and rooms are okey, but to be very honest there are some important issues that are not even average.
