Good Points, Clean, the staff are very friendly and try their best to help you; pool has lots of sunbeds, with the pool bar being open from 10am to 5:30pm. Adult games down by the pool were fun (Killer Darts, Table Tennis, and Volley Ball) Animation Team (Kids Club) was twice a day (10am to 12:30pm and 3pm to 5:30pm)... More

Jist returned from a week at the Mare Blue and we had a fantastic week, which was a pleasant surprise after reading the recent reviews. The area is quiet but there are a few bars around if you fancy getting out of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the bedrooms are adequate for the time you spend in... More

Have just returned from a week at this resort. The location is a bit out of the way, but I did not find this a problem. On arrival there seemed to no organization in booking in. I was handed a photocopy of an official document that required passport number, home address, date of arrival. Speaking to other guests, all the... More

Just back from a week at the Mareblue and while there are limitation to this resort (one it is not 4 star) we both enjoyed our stay. The resort is isolated, but there is a bar/restaurant with pool close by, which was rated quite highly by those who went. There is also a small beach within 10 minutes walk and... More

We were supposed to be at corfu panorama in sidari but it was closed. However we ended up in the mareblue beach resort which we think was a fantastic choice by Thomas cook I cant understand what everyone is complaining about. The service was a bit slow but there was nothing wrong with the food. Location is quiet just what... More

The location is neither here or there, some like that it's away from town others not so much. Everything about this resort just doesn't work. Service is the worst I have ever encountered, faulty towers was at least funny. Reception is slow and unprepaired, the bar serve any drink in any glass available, first time I have has beer in... If you like arrogant representatives, small rooms with bed bugs, undercooked repetitive food, bad service, poor entertainment and a bar that shuts at 11pm after waiting for 30mins to get 1 drink then you will love it!!!! It's in the middle of nowhere so nothing to do when the weather is bad, the pool is so cold you turn blue... More

We went to Mareblue on 3rd May for one week. Disappointing check in. Seemed to be a surprise when a number of people arrived to be booked in. Maybe we were not expected eh?There was only one member of staff working while others sat in the back room fairly obvious. Fairly long wait here but ok we were on holiday.... More

On arrival at approximately 02.30 hours, we were sent looking for our room in the dark, very poor lighting, dodgy lock on the door. finally in the room it was plenty big enough and seemed clean. The first day we had food that was just about warm, the only hot thing was the coffee. Asked one of the staff if... More
