Les Lazaristes is a decent new built hotel (2004) to the west side of Thessaloniki. It is located opposite a concert open space.
The rooms are big (almost 30 sq.m), clean and simply decorated but not something extraordinary to be considered as 5*.

Stayed only for one night as a business traveller, would come back as a couple too! Top moment of my stay: Watching the snow falling onto the swimming pool during breakfast. The pool itself is a small oasis in a somewhat off beat part of the city. Mind you the hotel is just opposite the Thessaloniki Museum of Modern Art.

The stay at this hotel was for sure a memorable one. The food, service, cleanliness, and location was excellent. The hotel is located to about a 5-10 minute drive from downtown depending where you want to go. It is better being a little outside of the centre of town because it is way less noisier, not like the hotels downtown...
