“Nice hotel for a stopover”

I am using this hotel regulary, when i have business in Odense, it is situated next to the freeway. There is a resturant, and although the selection is limited, the quality is good. It offers more or less standard roadside services and is ideal if you need stopover for a roadtrip.

“Way better than Scandic in general”

Scandic Hotels have a problem. The centralized menu - it makes every stay boring and an Deja Vue experience. OK, to be fair, most hotel chains have the same problem. “A nice roadside hotel”

The hotel is generally at Scandic standard, with nice organic breakfast and a good restaurant with affordable food. 10 mins drive to downtown Odense, and conveniently with several tourist attractions with 10 - 30 mins drive. Rooms on the small side, and they've taken away the refrigiator - annoying, but to live with.

Stumbled by this hotel as we needed a place to stay for the night. It's located close to the highway and can easily be found. “Just not upto Scandic standard”

A strange one, just wasn't in the same league as the two previous Scandic hotels we had stayed in. Much smaller room for a higher price. Also only one single duvet on a double bed? Nice food though, breakfast and evening meal with an entertaining maitre d. Disappointing.

We're regular Scandic patrons, but this is our first stay in Denmark. These comments may, in part, relate to a different approach to their Swedish hotels. We were given a tiny room facing the freeway, even though it was obvious there were very few people staying there that evening. No air conditioner meant we had to choose between a stuffy room or traffic noise. The hallway was odorous. The morning desk staff was rude. We experienced difficulty with the Internet service. The breakfast service was adequate.

A real disappointment for being a Scandic hotel. The food is bad. No room service, you have to go to the bar and order and pick up your food! The rooms are small and look empty.Far from everything!!!
