We had a room in a modern well appointed blockfacing the river and the meadows. We ate in on the first of our 3 nights and the meal was good and not too expensive by Danish standards, the staff were helpful. Ordered residence one month before our arrival at Brobyvaerk Kro. Booking confirmation was obtained. My husband and I got a small room, the room sniffed poorly, new painted walls and furthermore the room was not in order for the night. We pointed out that the room was far from what we booked. Staff said that other rooms were not available.... More

This hotel is nicely located, next to a lake, in a small village with lovely surroundings. Very nice owners and staff. "Kro" is the Danish word for "inn", and that is exactly what this place is. Our nice and clean room was in a new modern annex at the back and overlooked the lake and park. Lots of free parking... More
