Price are too high for the standard of the hotel; not at all 4 star. Breakfast was ok; Centrally located and staff was nice and polite.
The hotel has a nice staff and is centrally located. Breakfast is Ok.
The rooms are spacious but this is not a four star hotel. Rooms require refurbishing and could be better. Cleanliness also.
The hotel is definitely asking prices that are completely inadequate for reality.
The worst part is really the fact that while central, the hotel is located...

The entire hotel seem a bit tired and with outdated rooms and this really flaws the overall perception of the hotel.
Having said this the hotel standard is actually okay. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good and the hospitality and service of the hotel is what you would expect. Near the city centre of Aalborg, and though close to Jomfru...

Don't stay here if you need Internet. It sucks. Had to reschedule my flight since it was impossible to work through there Internet connection. In spite of having upgraded to largest speed, I gained maybe 1MB or less. Hopeless.
basic hotel well located to all the bars and restaurants in Aalborg. Rooms are tired and dated, needs upgrading but you do have a kettle for tea & coffee making. The room was facing an office-they would benefit from some sort of blind/ privacy curtain so that they couldn't see directly into your room-as drawing the curtains left the room...

I spent one night at the Radisson on business and was upgraded to a suite. The room was on the corner with a view down on to the street. It was a good size but seriously out dated and also had 2 other locked doors within it which I always find disconcerting. The lack of decent sound proofing meant you...

Staff at reception were very slow and did not seem to know the basics about their system. The room was ok - however the windows were not soundproofed and single-glazed so you could hear everything going on in street. Location and breakfast fine. Price is ridiculously high.
You would expect the Radisson SAS Blu hotel chain to be somehow opt on the business traveler, but the Radisson Aalborg falls far below the radar. Interior is held in bright color Scandinavian style but very outdated rooms from the 80'es, the bathrooms are near disaster, and the business center is basically two standalone pc's. Service is ok, breakfast is...

The poorest Radisson in the world.
The reminens of old worn down 80'ts hotel, is still seen all over. The floors are creaking, windows leaking, and the noise from lifts can be heard 10 rooms away from the lifts.
The machines in the fittness room, has not been desinfected for years.
When confronting the top management, lies and bad excuses...
