This is the second time I have stayed here (on business each time). The room was fine - clean, the bed comfortable. But the place is a bit run down and the service minimal. I'm used to Danish taciturnity by now but Scandic might consider giving their people some training in customer service. Try smiling; it really isn't that difficult.

Hotels in Denmark are known to be expensive, but this is ok on the price-side, I've found on several occassions. Clean, albeit somewhat tired rooms, ok breakfast restaurant, excellent location.
