Villa Provence is a very charming hotel with fine rooms in French style, high class service and a rural French breakfast of high quality. No buffet, and the breakfast is served with a smile.

Pleased to find a larger than expected room and bath, with gorgeous decor, a very comfy bed, and charming courtyard. Felt like I was in France. The breakfast was outstanding--both the variety of healthy food as well as cozy dining room. I wished I could've stayed longer in Arhus and longer at this fantastic hotel.

The hotel seems promising. It has nice rooms. It is well located. It even seems quiet during the day. BUT... At night, everything changes. Our family was booked into two rooms, ours on the street and our daughters' inside on the courtyard. Our room was directly across from the bar across the street. I stayed at Villa Provance for 4 days. Everything was perfect: my room was spacious and cosy, nice big bathroom, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and always with fresh fruits. The hotel is located very close to the railway station and to the centre. I would highly recommend this hotel to everybody.

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Provence very much, also thanks to the earplugs I brought along. As other reviewers warned about, the rooms to the street are very noisy, particularly at weekends - and the windows are not good enough to provide silence. Stayed one night for business - it was a real surprise. Had a suite (room 7) and it was spacious and luxurious. Staff were really welcoming and friendly - a very personal feel. Nice communal and relaxed bar area. This hotel was so nice it's nearly a reason in itself to visit the lovely Aarhus!

The women working at the hotel are very nice and caring. The manager is less nice, rather rude actually. The rooms look very romantic on the webpage, but you enter them from an external gallery / access balcony overlooking a parking space and a garage - not so much of a romantic setting!
