Confusing signs, lifts and access to the double towers Staff are inexperienced and shorthanded but the food and drink is fine The bizarre bar on the top floor is out of place. The restaurant should be there and open for breakfast. A lot more could be done to enhance the experience here. And it would not cost a lot
