Don't get fooled by the nice pictures - this hotel had its good days long ago. Standard rooms are small, interior is old (fashioned). Breakfast room too small and it is crowded at all times. Requests at the reception were noted with a smile and then ignored. Yes, the location is great but Copenhagen is not that of a big... More

Stayed 4 nights in an executive room. The room was spacious, had good air con, large bathroom and very comfortable beds. The hotel itself has a faded grandeur atmosphere which gives it character. If you like a very modern hotel it might be best to go elsewhere. There is a nice outdoor terrace with plants which I thought was nice... More

The Hotel is centrally located so there is ease of access to a number of the city's attractions. Although I didn't eat in the restaurant, a number of nice places to eat abound in the area. The single rooms are tiny and can feel quite cramped. Notwithstanding, the rooms are well cleaned and the front desk staff are helpful and... More

Paid US$ 450 for a very nice junior suite. For Copenhagen that was not a bad price considering its great location, the comfort and quality of everything, the 10 minute walk to the walking street and it included breakfast with enough food to fill you for the day, if you so chose. The Staff was spectacular. Gracious, helpful, and available... More

Standard rooms do not have A/C so we had to upgrade to suite and even there the A/C was not working well. The hallways and rooms smell relly bad. Standard rooms are so small that you can not turn arround. Braeakfast very poor, lunch also. In real life, this is a 2 star hotel on a good location with nice... More

I would not recommend this hotel for a business traveller and here are few reasons why: - Many stairs. To access some rooms, you get on the elevator to the floor you need, and that you have to climb a S-shaped stair to your room. Not to good if you have a heavy bag. - Rooms are small and old... More

An impressive looking hotel - a very smart foyer with a fountain, chandeliers and lots of marble. Pleasant service. Comfortable rooms, if a little on the small side (not uncommon in Scandinavia). Well located for Nyhavn and Royal Danish Ballet.
