OK for one night on business - but only just. A tiny room, too soft mattress, a bed sheet that didn't cover the mattress, no black out blinds and a corner shower with an in-swinging door. Now I am no anorexic but I challenge any but the super svelte to comfortably get in and out of a shower with a... More

Stayed for two nights in the Imperial and was very impressed with it. The room I had (3rd floor) was modern, clean and well equipped. The bathroom was particularly nice. I didn't park in the hotel car park, but parked on the road behind the hotel for half the price.

Hotel is in easy walking distance of the Train Station. It was a bit of a rabbit warren to get to our room. We were woken in the early hours of the morning by outside noise - but we had left our window open as we like fresh air. We told reception in the morning and they noted our comments.... More

It's the staff that make this hotel memorable. Well turned out, smart, efficient, helpful. Could not ask for better. Rooms are adequate in size. Furniture and fittings not very high quality for a 4 star, a bit disappointing but price is reasonable to you gain, really. Linen and towels very good. Everything spotlessly clean. I did not take breakfast, preferring... More

If you want a hotel with a great location, this is it! With both Tivoli and the main pedestrian street very close by, this is a perfect choice if you want to be close to many important places in Copenhagen. It is also easy to get from the airport to the hotel by train. I recommend the new Italian Restaurant... More

I had a very quick stay at Imperial Hotel In CPH. The hotel is quite nice, rooms are renovated and very close to room that Radisson Blu hotels have, very cozy, very nice, clean and comfortable. The lobbyarea has kind of '70s athmosphere, which I loved. There is no WiFi in the room ,which is quite big minus. The service... More

The Imperial is ok. Nothing special but certainly nothing bad - I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. As most say its best feature is its location but the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a doddle to get to by train from the airport. Rosie McGee's pub/restaurant opposite the station/Tivoli does superb food. But do give the Italian 'Vesuvio's'... More

Good rooms, friendly staff in reception. But the breakfaststaff and room was horrible. Grumpy old man trying to make room for the long line of people trying to eat breakfast. Yes you heard right, here you must be prepared to wait before you can eat. The restaurant isn`t large enough for a hotel this size. Good location.

Stayed overnight at the Imperial and the overall impression was very positive. The hotel wasn't busy as it was rather out of season, so we where attended to very speedily. The staff where very professional, friendly and courteous. The rooms were not big, but very well decorated and had the facilities one would expect, overall I was impressed with my... More

I really liked this hotel. Easy walking distance to Copenhagen central station with luggage. Friendly staff. Rooms were nice with comfy beds. I slept well here and would stay again.
