Very easy metro ride even for novice and literally a few blocks away from the station. It is central to Nyhavn and Stroget and from there to Tivoli and Central station. The hotel is a 3 star rating. There were three of us in the room and good enough space. The bathroom is good size but the shower is small... More

Small single room. Room 206, faces the back, so it’s quiet. Good windows with easy-to-operate latch for locked/side opening/top tilt. No notice of recycling, but does have towels/water conservation notice. Shower has no lip on the floor, so some of the bathroom gets wet. TV doesn’t have many channels. Soft bed. There needs to be a way of switching off... More

I booked a single room based on the review of a fellow trip advisor and it didn't let me down. The hotel location was excellent, 5 minutes away from the metro line straight to the airport, all of the attractions are within walking distance or close by on public transport including the Nyhavn and the mermaid. The staff were very... More

The hotel was really easy to get to from the Kongens Nytorv Metro station, about a five minute walk. The staff were always pleasent and helpful and the room was clean and tidy. Its position from all the major attractions was a real bonus. Nyhavn was a short stroll away. The breakfast consisted of a typical continental style cold meats,... More

We booked this hotel as part of a cheap weekend package and we were really pleased we did. The hotel is in a fantastic location, it seemed to be only a five minute walk to everything - Nyhavn, Strøget, Metro station and even the bus stop that take you to the Carlsberg Brewery Visitor Center. The hotel itself is simple,... More

I booked the Hotel Maritime through Europeandestinations.com and I was assigned Room 410. First the hotel is located in a great location. You are only 5 minutes from the Metro line and it is an easy walk to the hotel, especially if you take the metro from the airport. I took a taxi and it cost 214.00 DK. The Hotel... More

The room was tiny (Smaller then usual for a standard hotel). It wasn't entirely clean (the sheets seemed dirty). And the shower was weird it was on the same floor as the toilet and was just separated by a curtain. Water went everywhere. BUT the location was perfect everything is within walking distance.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry to read that you have written a question mark regarding our bed linen. For environmental reasons our sheets are not starched and bleached as elaborately as in some first class hotels, but we can assure you that your linen is 100% clean and hygienic. Kind regards Svend Hansen. More

In a city where everything comes with a massively inflated price tag, the Maritime Hotel is a nice surprise. I booked the hotel very last minute as a quick New Year break with a friend and was dubious at how cheap it seemed. When we arrived however, we were pleasantly surprised. The location is fantastic, it really couldn't be more... More

could not have been better located in central Copenhagen, could easily come back for an afternoon rest or coffee, then go out again. Perfectly adequate (or more) hotel, room clean, good morning buffet. Pleasant reception staff. Easy metro ride from airport, and 5 min. walk to hotel from metro stop.

This hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Museums, Tivoli Gardens, the Little Mermaid, Rosenborg Slot, Nyhavn..... The hotel had tea and cookies and fruit available throughout the day and was very comfortable. The staff gave us good advice on places to eat. We enjoyed our stay here.
