I haven't bothered to check whether this hotel is part of a large chain, but it offers a boutique experience. And, most importantly, it treats you like a human being rather than somebody to make money from. Functional and comfortable rooms. Free 24 hour (decent) coffee and tea. Complimentary wifi. Use of the spacious bar and restaurant area to work,... More

Spent three nights in a "deluxe" room with a 4-post bed. Very nice room although quite simple and not large! Loved the doors that open up to a decent sized patio and let in fresh air. Extremely clean and well maintained property. Room highlights are the wonderful bath products and the very comfortable duvet. We had no problems with street... More

We stayed 3 nights & found the hotel quite easily from the main train station. Rooms were clean & size was adequate. From what we read of other reviews noise lower down & facing the street is an issue - thus we asked for top floor at rear & it was a real bonus - super quite. The shower cubical... More

Had a lovely three night break - staff friendly, rooms clean nice little touches. Bottle of Wine (to purchase), fridge stocked, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hairdryer, toothbrush available (sealed) if you have forgotten your own. Plenty of English or subtitled stations on TV. Nothing seems to be a problem store for keeping luggage if you are on a late flight... More

After our initial dismay that the room looked nothing like the pictures and the fact that "double beds" in Denmark are just two twins together (separate sheets) this quirky little hotel started to grow on us. The beds and sheets are incredibly comfortable ("like sleeping on a cloud"), the organic products provided are cool and the hotel is very quiet... More

We stayed in Copenhagen in April, so we didn't need air conditioning (which is one of the main things people are complaining here about). The former guests are also right about the noise, our room was facing the noisy street and the windows are very thin and not keeping it out. It was so loud in our room that we... More

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The check in process took seconds rather than minutes. We arrived early I had emailed ahead to see if we could leave our bags before we could check in. I was told that is fine however it was a pleasant surprise to find there was a room already ready for us. The... More

we stayed here for four nights, arriving at Copenhagen Hovedbanegard station from Hamburg. It is not actually that far from the station, but for first time visitors, seemed to take forever. We loved our small room, friendly service from staff at reception. Wifi worked fine in our room, but wished they had a workstation to print (they did have a... More

We stayed here one night while sightseeing Copenhagen. If we ever return to Copenhagen we will certainly choose this hotel again. Nice, cosy rooms with personal touches so that you don't feel like a herring in a standard room. The hotel is >90% organic with a fabulous breakfast buffet (yummy cheeses, real Spanish hams, tasty yoghurt, mmm). And last but... More

My wife and I spent the weekend here and loved it, we will certainly stay again when in Copenhagen, but there are some weaknesses the hotel really should address. It's a quirky hotel and the location suits it; interesting shops, rstaurants and cafes around the corner yet only a few minutes to central attractions. We had a standard "double" on... More
