“The good, the bad and the ugly!”

Ok, centrally located with parking within the hotel. Boring, old, rooms in need of refurbishment. Also in need of maintenance. Breakfast in a sports bar, quite modest kindly speaking - low quality products, cold eggs and so on and on. It's not worth the rates.

This is a basic but nice hotel. The rooms are quite worn but pretty large, clean and functional. There is a flatscreen TV and the bed was comfortable. “Clean and cheap”

If your looking for an affordable non-fancy hotel in Umeå, this is it. The rooms are clean and no-nonsens (even a crt-tv) and the breakfast (served at O´Learys) is good. The room rate fits any wallet.

Before unpacking. Check wether your room looks out tom the Sportsbar. IF so, you won't sleep very muchg Friday to Sunday??

I stood at the Dragonen hotel for a short two day trip to Umea in June 2007. The hotel is nicely located in downtown Umea and easy and convenient to find.
