i was there for 18 days... well maintained rooms... good restaurant... and most importantly very good and hospitable staff..

We went to Karlskrona for a winter weekend, and this hotel was a good choice. Close to train station, view of the harbor, genuine dinner-buffet included, small hot tub and sauna, all very nice. The room was smallish for a superior, but ok, the beds comfortable, but no bathrobes supplied. Nice breakfast buffet to round off an altogether pleasant stay.

Stayed ther once, anf they had to upgrade my room from a standard + to a suit, but it is not a siut it was more as business room. Great hotel. Rooms have great views of the sea and a quaint harbour. Dinner is excellent, the pictures on the web site dont do dinner justice. Hotel is nicely situated on Trossö island in Karlskrona. The rooms have been partly renovated recently, some of the stuff in the bathroom seem to be originals from the 80's, so looked like not belonging to the 21st century. This is just a great hotel for chilling; with breakfast and evening buffet laid on, friendly and helpful staff and a great 'feel' to it, we couldn't really have asked for more. A great hotel in a beautiful city - brilliant!

Not only do they provide a breakfast buffet, they provide an evening hot and cold snack that can serve as dinner. The food is fabulous.
