This was the first time I had booked a hotel room without window. But since a hotell room is meant to sleep and shower and the difference in price, I am glad I did choose this. Although this Connect City hotel does certainly not have the most central location, it is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty restaurants... More

Hi, Im Vikram from India, We were two couples who stayed here in May 2012, I booked this hotel via tripadvisor. It had mixed reviews and i really did not know what to expect. But Stockholm is very expensive and I got this hotel for comparatively a decent price (Not very cheap, mind you!!). I got the two rooms for... More

I had booked the "single cabin room, no windows" (as it was described on the website - did not know what to expect) and was pleasantly surprised to find my room actually did have windows and a double bed (well, two single beds pushed together) - maybe I had received an upgrade? While the room was very basic it did... More

I arrived at the hotel, which seemed pleasant from the reception and bar area. I went to my room which had not windows or form of ventialtion phines my colleague who was equally horrified at the cupboards this hotel is passing off as rooms. This would not be allowed under building regulations in many countires in the EU due to... More

Dear Daphne, Thank you for taking the time to share your views. We are of course very sad to hear about your dissatisfaction. Rooms with windows are available at the establishment, We have not been able to locate your reservation with us, but the only explanation I find plausible is that the hotel was fully booked during your “stay”. It... More

I spent four nights at the Connect City Centre Hotel while attending a Conference in Stockholm. This was a trip on a tight budget and I therefore booked a Cabin Room, being the cheapest. Not quite the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in but almost. A floor area about big enough to get two single beds side-by-side but of course... More

I booked a single cabin and the hotel was clear on what I should expect: A small room, without windows, but fully feasible. I have to admit that I was curious to see what I would get for the low price (about one third of what a regular single hotel room would be in Stockholm). The room (120) was the... More

The positives: Really good shower - spacious cubicle & good pressure, even on the top floor Pleasant staff (with good English) Nice decor in the lobby/ bar area Quiet in the rooms at night (not so quiet in the bar! - filled up after the Irish pub over the road closed at midnight, but that was fine with us!) The... More

Booked a large room for 2 nights inc breakfast for 2. Location was good about 10 min walk from metro. Check in very easy, room was spotless, shower room the same. The room was perfectly adequate for 2 people for a short stay. At first glance the room is small but you only sleep in it, not spending all day... More

Cozy clean hotel. Small, but with good services. Lovely bathroom (is big, stylish, the floor with heating, comfortable shower). A good relation: price - quality. And convenient location. I liked it! Two minuses: poor breakfast (and some problems with coffee machine too) and expensive Wi fi in room

The Connect City hotel is part of a small chain (4 hotels) trying to offer good value at reasonable rates in the generally expensive Stockholm. We stayed at two of the Connect hotels, among which the Stockholm City and, although they do not deliver exceptional accommodation, we thought the value for money was good. The location of the Connect City... More
