Stayed here for 3 nights, what a place. The staff could not of been more attentive, especially the bar staff. Great location. Be warned, wine is a tad expensive, £27 for two glasses. Breakfast served in our room, could of fed 6 people!!!!

Is still really the reference in Stockholm, like the raffles is the no.1 in Singapore. Rooms need a revamp; additional investment needed to bring it to its full glory. Hotel restaurant did not impress.

I just stayed one night in this beautiful old hotel. Staff at the reception and bar were somewhat formal. The bar is very nice. Mixture of old and "loungy". Very nice staff there. The restaurant was OK. Surprising that one is only allowed a buffet dinner when arriving after 7.30pm. Also there nice staff. The only downside was the room.... More

This is not a 5 star hotel. The room was below average, the bath was slightly above average. The carpet was minimal industrial quality with peeling seaming. The very uncomfortable sofa was upholstered in, again, industrial grade CARPET fabric. The drapes were stained. The headboard had loose fabric from (thank god, I guess) too many cleanings. Incredible location, lobby, bar, views.. best in Stockholm. However, the rooms (or at least mine) was easily 10-15 years old. And, there rooms do not have coffee. 5 star service. Due to flight delays ended up staying at the hotel for just under 6 hours but it was a nice hotel. Great location. Bar/lounge seemed good. Breakfast was good too. A bit on the expensive side...
