Malardrottningen Hotel is in fact Barbara Huttons former yacht. The ship is located at Riddarholmen, a very central location. This is a great hotel if you are looking for a simple and cheap place to stay in central Stockholm. Just a couple of minutes walk from Gamla Stan tube station, or about 10mins walk to central station. Lovely hotel, the room (cabin) was small though had everything you would need. Breakfast was lovely as was the seating areas dotted around the vessel. Top Tip: take some sea sickness tablets if you suffer as it does move a little when windy
