Booked a room for $200 without a window for one night. Wasn't expecting much, but was expecting that the ventilation system would work. Found out that the ventilation system for the entire hotel has been broken for weeks, and won't be fixed anytime soon. They wouldn't offer us another room ("we're fully booked"), and were very unaccommodating.

Simple, this hotel gets a 2 because of the lack of finesse, not so caring staff, warm room, non-working internet, not very clean room (dirty kleenexes in both trashbins plus hairs everywhere), high price (2600sek!!!!) and very average breakfast.
The only redeeming feature is the great location if one needs to be near the train station!
