Extremely dull exterior and interior. Boring breakfast and definitively not price-worth overall. The pillows were among the worst I have slept on.

The first night we ate at the hotel restaurant which was decent due to the fact that the restaurant next door was closed at 8pm and there isn't much other option as far as we could see. The room was clean although they do not supply individual shampoo, conditioner or soap. You will need to use the multi use pump... More

After a very cold day mainly outside it was good to arrive at a hotel where the staff were friendly, the room warm and comfortable and the restaurant food in the evening very good. I can't really fault this hotel: the rooms were spacious and there was decent desk space for working and free WIFI which worked. Drinks and food... More

I stayed here for a 2 week period during 2 cold weeks in Stockholm and was impressed that the temperature of the room was perfect at all times, not once did I feel too hot or too cold. the room was medium sized and basic but surprisingly comfortable. The sofa-bed style couch was not as stylish as those found in... More

I stayed in this hotel for a conference in Stackholm International fairs. The Staff were OK and so was the Bar/Breakfast etc. The hotel is walking distance from Arstaberg train station and only two stops away from Stockholm Central, with buses stopping close to the hotel, transport was convinient. However, the trip tp Stockholm central did cost 44 SEK by... More

Hotel is simple, rooms adquate with good free wi-fi. Buffet breakfast was ok. 5-10 minutes walk to light rail stop, would recommend taking light rail and metro to and from hotel as taxi drivers have trouble finding hotel.

As mentioned in other reviews of the Best Western Capital, it is a cheap option. However, just because you are paying a small amount, does that also mean that you should expect in return a small amount of service, cleanliness, and comfort? If you stay in this hotel, it appears the answer is yes. I stayed here for a couple... More

A slightly tired hotel that seems to offer reasonable value and reasonable size rooms given its a budget hotel. Hotel is a bit awkward to get to without a car. The 134 bus from Liljeholm and Arstaberg stops outside the hotel. Small bar and restaurant area for dinner and breakfast were OK.

My wife and I wanted to visit a exhibition and also see some of Stockholm. The hotel is quite close to the Stockholm exhibition centre (about 2 km) and a bus and underground away from city centre which took about 20 minutes. The hotel was clean, reasonable sized rooms and very friendly staff. The breakfast was simple but enough different... More
