The rooms are very clean, actually the whole hotel is very clean. The beds are very good to sleep on and the rooms are large enough. The breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic spot in the centre close to all companies booking sight seeing and events to par take in. Rooms spacious and warm. Staff very helpful all speak a multitude of languages.

Rovaniemi is a very nice city to visit as a couple. The city is full of attractions and sightseeings. The Santa Claus Hotel is on a very good location very in the city center, in front of Lordi Square and Sampokeskus (Sampo Shopping Mall). Hotel Hotel Santa Claus falls well short of what I have come to expect from a four star hotel. Upon arrival there is no porter to take your luggage to your room.
