Staying in a converted prison was a great experience. Quite unusual to look through the bars on your window and see the old prision walls but the renovations were done very well - no stainless steel at all. Exactly what you paid for. Nice stuff and personel. Clean and perfect room service. Walls are too thick, so you cant receive internet in every room, i had to go to the lobby. They could have used some wireless spots to strengthen the sognal. Very close to city center. Tram station in front of hotel gate.

This hotel is in a old Jail ! Don't be worried, they have done it up well and is a very comfortable hotel. They have taken the Jail theme to quite an extent. Spent here 4 nights. Well done. unusual interior in a style of a last centure prison, close location to main Helsinki attractions. Good cousine, small pub and steel tableware. Taking in account that we paid half price ( Easter sale) it was wonderfull place))

Really cool hotel, would definitely stay again! The rooms smell fresh and clean and the bathrooms are lovely.

Stayed there just one night, but loved how unusual it is.. very comfy clean rooms, silent, close to the city center but in nice location to walk as well. Could open the window, which is great - I lvoefresh air. Very good breakfast, service, no complaints at all. Would love to go back again.
