The hotel is located in the center of Lahti which is a good location for exploring the city. Reception does not work during night, but it's not a problem as you are given a code to open the door. The name of this hotel is misleading, there's nothing grand about it. It's just an average hotel and slightly overpriced compared to the level of the hotel.
