Its a large complex. I've visited in September but I guess its a ski resort as well. Rooms are spacious and clean but I must say not very comfortabe. Nice lake view from your window. Breakfast was quite nice and rich. The spa was a bit outdated. With an investment the hotel easily may be a popular spa attraction spot.

Booked a family room via telephone yet was charged for extra bed? Spa area pretty unkept, mostly senior citizens and veterans. Lovely location and possibilities of winter sports. Need improvements on customer services. I would rate it average.

The rooms were nicer than I expected. We did some bowling in the evening as well, which was nice. The location from the town is several kilometres, but the skiing routes nearby are good.

I found this hotel great. I loved evrything about it. I love the way breakfast was until 10 am but I was late, and managed toget something decent to eat. They also got great value for money. And its not very far from the city even though its a resort

Stayed there about 10 times from 2003 year. The best parking area - also sometimes used for Neste rally organization. The hill behind is used for rally shakedown. Large and clean rooms, nice Spa. Breakfast arrangements not excellent. For example I counted 17 people in the queue for orange juice and 5 in the queue for coffee. Perhaps this was an unlucky morning but should not happen at an rather expensive hotel.
