Reception took 20+mins from arrival to shown to room - we were the only people booking in. Had to pay for room up front and if a card is used a whopping 2% surcharge is added wherever it is used in the complex. No offer of a drink during the process and nowhere to get one. THE SUMMARY (Short Version): It seems to be almost standard practice to give a poor room and if/when you complain/request a change, you are given a better room (poor first impression).
