Visited this great hotel in May this year. To our surprise it's completely different from any other Radisson - and that is a good thing! This is a boutique hotel with a good atmosphere, nice furnitures and a friendly staff. The hotel looks as it is renovated just a short time ago. Location, location, location.... The location of the hotel... More

The staff was very accommodating being we were with such a large group! So friendly and whatever we needed they did whatever they could to get it! Location was fantastic. Very easy to get around and everything we needed was in walking distance. Shopping streets were a 5 minute walk. Restaurants a 5-10 minute walk, harbor for whale watching and... More

A perfect boutique style hotel in a perfect location. Not only is it close to everything, but it is away from main street known for nightlife, which tends to be very lound till 6am. The entire stay was wonderful. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is lovely, rooms are spacious and it is overall very chic. Restaurant... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and can not faul this hotel. Staff were great esecailly at reception. They helped us with booking trips, transfers and restaurant reservations. We did not have breakfast included, but was told it was 20Euros. We opted to get a sandwich from the local cafes or supermarkets. The room were good and clean... More

Staff interactions all very good. Lobby relaxing. Room (412, a deluxe room) good view (sea and mountains). A bit small but a nice seating area. Some cleaning issues - hairs in bathroom, vacuming could have been a bit better, but otherwise clean. Breakfast good but pricey. We got a good room rate with Expedia but without breakfast - a good... Stayed for 3 nights at the end of March. Location is so central and perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and cafes. There is also a supermarket just round the corner and it's a few minutes walk to the old harbour. Stayed in a deluxe room. Room itself was nice enough. Bathroom maybe a little clinical (very large and white... More

We only stayed one night, our last night at Reykjavik. Our flight was very early in the morning so we requested a deluxe room without breakfast. At the reception the staff was very friendly, although there were a number of people checking in at the same time. They told us that we had been upgraded to an anniversary suite which... More

Such a friendly hotel. Staff can't do enough. Smiles everywhere you go. The bar is lovely with a great happy hour 5-8pm every night. Breakfast buffet is fab, wonderful selection of hot and cold dishes. Can't beat the hotel location either. Minutes from the heart of the city.

I travel often to iceland on business. This hotel and their staff are wonderful. I have a favourite room which I always get adn there is always a note from the manager. The room is ready and it is the quickest check in. For business or leisure try it!

Hotel is only 2minutes walk from main shopping streets, restaurants and bars and practically next door to Iceland excursions, one of the biggest tour operators in Iceland with lots of choice. Be careful of having a bedroom with windows that overlook the street if you want your windows open during the night - Friday and Saturday is party night in... More
