What a wonderful hotel. The decor is magically preserved, with wonderful vintage furniture and it was clean as a whistle. The staff were helpful and friendly. The views were exceptional and it was not overrun with the usual selection of overbearing and needy tourists (see reviews below!). It was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We have stayed here many times, winter and summer. Close to all the sights, fabulous views & air conditioning is available, if you request & are willing to pay a very small fee! Staff are very helpful & we are looking forward to our return in August 2011. So much character in the Hotel, not sterile with no personality!!!!!!!!
