THE cheapest place to stay in World Heritage city of Valletta, chock full of history and peopled by the friendliest inhabitants I have come across in twenty years of travelling. New shower and toilet and lots of freshly painted rooms since previous reviews, super friendly and helpful manager, good atmosphere and great views of old city and Marsamxett Bay.
