Just back from this hotel it was a joke it's barely a 3 star the food was disgusting , the staff were rude and ignorant .says its all inclusive but you have to pay for ice creams lollies popcorn and fresh orange .with kids it costs a fortune ,it's in the middle of nowhere and surrounded by rubble and shut... Hotel has everything, bars, restaurant, pool and beach. Conference centre was very good. Really good selection of food throughout the day. Clean, tidy and modern rooms. Internet in most of the hotel too.

The employes were kindly and helpful. The rooms were clean and all hotel area also. The food was excellent, plentiful vegetables provisions. The animation team were exceptional - six stars for all of them!!! We will come back to this hotel!

Hotel advertises itself as 5 star but tour op brochure more accurate at 4 star. We stayed for 1 week from 19 April. Hotel still undergoing refurbishment - painting railings and laying tiles outside.
