We would never consider staying anywhere else, and we always stop over there on our frequent trips to the UK. A very real way to experience Cyprus, and very central to everything. The authentic restaurants within walking distance are delightful too, and inexpensive considering their excellent standard. Beautiful beaches and tavernas are very close too, in this Mediterranean hideaway.

If you want something different from the generic package hotels lining the Cyprus coast try Anthony's Harden House. It's part of the Agrotourism network which promotes the "real Cyprus".
