Whilst arriving at 3 pm the room was not ready staff were great and kept luggage secure whilst we sorted ski hire out etc. room on 1 st floor and above iceberg so noisy at night but balcony and great mountain view. Take care not to get off the transfer bus at the Piolets Park and Spa (as we did tired after the transfer from Barcalona, because if you do you may be disappointed when finally you arrive at the Piolets Spa... both have a 4 star rating but one is brand new and this hotel is more 3 than 4 star.... We stayed in this hotel, booked as part of a package with Direct Ski for a week. Overall we were reasonably satisfied. The staff were very polite and friendly at all times. The hotel has ski lockers for use in the basement of the hotel free of charge (5 euro deposit) and is a 2 minute walk to the gondola.... More
