I appreciated the in-room books/info they supplied on Linz as well as the quarky sponge that mirrored the hotel's logo, for branding effects. The staff are tremendous - very helpful in everything we needed. The rooms are a bit small, but this is typical for Europe. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. no problems at all.

It started rough as the bedroom I got had'nt been done (most probably due to the last occupant who left a red banner "don't disturb").
