The location close to the airport is beneficial if you are not on holiday. It is good for business to avoid traffic jams in the morning and evening in Graz city. I would not stay there for a city break. Rooms are quiet and you will find all the amenities of a four star hotel (breakfast is for 17 euro).

Excellent service, very friendly. Room was OK, bed not terribly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent (and included). A bit out of town but we knew that ahead of time, and we had a car. Getting to downtown Graz took only 10 minutes.
