Hotel is freshly renovated. Nice rooms, very friendly personnel, free WLAN. It offers breakfast only. Since the hotel is far away from about everything a car is helpful. There are a couple of restaurants in the vicinity though. I tried one of them, it's OK. Breakfast is good. Free parking outside, garage is available against upcharge.

This hotel shows what a difference attention to detail and staff attitude can make. The rooms are good, the facilities all work well and the breakfast was varied and ample. The bus service to the city centre is reliable and prompt and Graz itself is a wonderful surprise. COOL!

Very good hotel. Have been twice up to now and certainly I'll be back there. Business rooms are great! Only downside is that there's no one at reception after midnight.
