The hotel is well situated for the Old Town area, with plenty of nearby restaurants. Breakfasts good, and the staff are all incredibly helpful. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that our room had a portable air conditioner which was noisy, but if you go in winter, then you will get 5-star accomodation!

I stayed in this hotel only for a day, but it was great. After 2 hours searching for a hotel, we found Hotel zum Dom. It is great. Rooms ae very, very big and cozy. I almost felt like home. The staff is polite and friendly. Location is great too. All in all, great hotel.

I had maybe the biggest room I have ever seen in a hotel. Not plush but comfortable, in the heart of town and with all the modcons you would expect. Would stay here again.

Great location for exploring old town Graz. Large, clean, comfortable rooms. The staff is helpful and friendly and ready to give advice on walking tours, restaurants etc. Typical yet simple breakfast buffet.
