The hotel was very clean but there was no info in the room as to breakfast times etc. The breakfast was ok but the juice was watered down we have had better service for less money.

The lady at the reception was extremely helpful and kind. I loved the spacious room and the bathroom. The location is very good if you don't want to enter into the city centre but would like to go to the lake. It was just perfect.

The hotel is located on a wonderful place, in the middle of Europapark and by the lake. Rooms are huge, its very clean and comfortable, the staff is very polite. All of this makes your stay in this hotel perfect, especially for the families with small children.
