People at reception are cheerful and helpful. We liked the way ladies serving breakfast treated the guests. They really cared. Not like "everything is kept there, you take whatever your want".

This hotel is located an easy 20 minute walk from the railway station and a lesser distance from the city centre. It is thus away from the crowds. The staff are welcoming and the rooms and breakfasts very good. Well worth recommending!

I stayed here a few years back with my ex and it was ok, clean, today and good location but pretty average really.

Disappointing hotel with old century postage stamp size room. Beds uncomfortable. no real sitting area (2 chairs and a microtable) Stuck in the early 1900's furnishings. Staff was really helpful. This is a good place to spend a night or 2 while checking Salzburg. Perhaps a little further away from old town, but good nearby restaurants(none in hotel) and easy parking in rear courtyard. The staff are friendly, there is free Internet and breakfast is typical. Rooms are reasonably small and rear ones quieter.

This hotel is easily accesible, very close to the old town, Just a 10 mins walk. The staff is really helpful & do give some advise on how to spend your day. The rooms are spacious. They do not have a restaurant , but they can help you out with a delivery service which is very good.
