Location was okay about 15 min to 20 min walk to either train or old town (opposite directions). Staff very helpful, not overly friendly. Breakfast good. Clean place. Difficulty controling heat as I didn't see a place to do that so opened window. Free internet worked well.

Stayed in an apartment with two girlfriends for a getaway week. It was the perfect location. Close to good restaurants and little shops. Close to the shopping area of the Getreidegasse and the theatres (Landestheatre and the Marionetten). Breakfast was always more than enough variety and food available. When I first walked up to the hotel, I wasn't sure. It is about a 10-12 minute walk out from the central area. It seemed dated. Rooms were clean, beds comfy and the front desk was extremely helpful for choosing a local restaurant. Breakfast was ok. Great experience.
