This was our 2nd stay at the Bergland and we will be back. Its such a nice change to stay somewhere that feels like home. Its not flashy with porters and room service. Very good breakfast - hotel, friendly staff, very clean, near busstop to the centre of Salzburg No possibility of internet in the hotel room. In the lobby is a computer for the guests. Not free of charge

Tastefully decorated, spacious and very quiet rooms, an enormous bathroom, comfortable bed, and an amazing breakfast! In addition, the owner was so kind and interesting, it made all the difference choosing a family-run chic hotel!

This hotel was lovely with a small terrace where we sat and had a pre dinner drink every night. Room for three was HUGE. Very comfortable and breakfast also excellent. The young woman who greeted us was an absolute treasure - nothing was too much trouble including making me a cup of tea one night. Will definitely go back there
