Great hotel. The service was awesome and the hotel had tons of character. Rooms were ok but the shower and bath was bigger than most in Europe. Great big breakfast and in great location.

We got married in Innsbruck in March and the staff couldn't do enough for us, they were excellent.... The hotel is clean and the room was lovely, met all our expectations and made our whole wedding experience one to remember. Thanks very much to the hotel and it's wonderful staff.

Rooms clean and well kept. Bathroom and shower very good. 24 hour wifi unlike other nearby hotels! Great location but what really makes it is the staff, always happy to help and give usefull info. Will certainly stay here when I return for the ski season next year. Keep it up you deserve the great reviews you get!

I LOVE this place. The location is PERFECT. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (the beds are awesome). Our room had a fantastic view (we could see the Tirolean Mountains from the room).
