We stayed here in April 2012, wonderful location, excellent staff, clean, tidy and we were very satisfied. By European standards our room was fairly large, we did not have a view but that was ok, we would stay here again.

My family was pleasantly surprised with this Best Western Hotel. We had a beautiful room overlooking Innsbruck and the river. The hotel is within walking distance of most attractions. Great place to spend some time.

Stayed here on March 17th, 2012. Rooms sparten but very clean. Bed reasonably comfortable. Parking is pretty challenging. The real issue is the bar just off the reception area and although the hotel is non-smoking, the smoke laden bar air wafts right into the stair way of the hotel and all floors are subject to intense cigarette odor.
