This hotel is nestled in a lovely location, overlooking the snow capped tips of the Alps. The view is grand and spectacular. The rooms are spacious and cozy. We stayed here just for a night enroute to Black Forest. The breakfast spread the following morning was generous and tasty. Definitely recommended!

I felt at home here. Kapeller made my family trip to Innsbruck an absolute delight. Room: Spacious, simply furnished, fully renovated in 2011. High speed internet and TV. the reviews were written about the old hotel with the same name that used to be there since 1500 or something. In november 2011 they finished the full renovation - everything is brand new. We stayed there with my wife Helen for a week to enjoy beatiful Innsbruck mountains! Amazing service and location and all is fresh new.

Got a bit scared when I read the reviews, but I can say that we were very satisfied with the quality of service. The nicest thing was waking up on Sunday morning when we heard the nearby church's bell. Enjoyed the stay and would return.

We stayed at this hotel on 17th May along with friends in a group of 45 heads (Voyager`s Club ) we have enjoyed their rooms and complimentary break fast . Bed was decent and room & toilet was of good standard. Room service was also satisfactory and staffs were friendly. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

This is located in a beautful location and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the rooms were pretty worn and our triple room was two beds and a sofa made up as a bed. For the price we paid it was disappointing. I wish I had kept looking before I settle for this hotel.
