4 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 May 2012 NEW

My room (505) was brand new, very clean, nothing outdated, with A/C in good working order, if small. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Maybe a little on the small side, and the bathroom-area partitoned off only by glass doors (partly frosted glass, but better use it with friends than with colleagues). HAd it as a single, which was adequate. Not... More

We stayed here for one night and thank goodness it is only one night. Room is small, furniture is outdated and no AC. We had to open the window at night, we didn't know it rained so we woke up and saw our things wet. NOT GOOD.. Request for the street side, very gorgeous view but if you are a... More

Super little hotel, situated in the heart of the tourist area serviced by many buses and trams (10 mins from the airport). Well equipped room with quality fittings. Very quiet. Nice continental breakfast and helpful staff. Easy access to ski slopes and all Innsbruck attractions. Nice restaurants very close too. Thoroughly recommended.

EVerything is happening within walking distance. The hotel is functional, clean and well staffed. Very goo base for exploring Innsbruch, but I would not call it a fantacy place to spend a quiet holiday!

This is a comfortable, clean hotel right on the edge of the pedstrian precinct with all the shops, restaurants etc. Our room was spacious and well equipped and evidently brand new. I can only assume it's just been refurbished, having seen previous reviews about old rooms, so perhaps it's best to check when you book. We were on the 4th... More

Though we were there in June and they had no air conditioned room, it was very pleasant. I admit I was terrified at first when I heard there was no a/c, because I am from the south and it gets very hot here! We often run our air conditioning almost year round here. Nevertheless, It felt more like being at... More

My husband and I stayed here one night while on tour with Globus (European Tapestry). All I can say is “thank goodness that it was only for one night” and that pretty much sums up what the rest of the tour was thinking. Don’t get me wrong, there was two positives out of so many negatives – the close proximity... More

i dont like this hotel , the furniture are old and there is no A/C so it will be hot on summer and if you open the window you will hear the noise from the street because it located in a main street realy poor sleep quality , the only + side is the location nothing else

This is a very simple and basic hotel, with a reasonable price and spotless, albeit smallish and a bit spartan, rooms. The location is very good to explore the city, staff is friendly and helpful if they are requested information.

The hotel is privately owned and run and there is a real sense that the proprietors care that you have an enjoyable stay. We had a minor problem with noisy pipes one night which was resolved quickly and without fuss at no inconvenience to us. The room was comfortable and well equipped and the breakfast was both varied and tasty.... More
