Good comfy three star hotel - clean, friendly and good breakfast. Good value - room comfortable with good modern shower. Rooms facing the front have a nice view over the river, but a little noisy with traffic.

apalling customer service. Called today to reserve a room, the receptionist was polite and offered a room. When asked if it was ok for an arrival at about 21:00 she completely changed, and effectively hung up- charming!
