Excellent five days over New Year. Superb position just off Stephansplatz, just about as central as you can get! Very helpful staff. Excellent hotel in great location for exploring Vienna. Everything was in walking distance. We had a maisonette room, which had a double room, bathroom and then a small upstairs area with a single bed, coffee table, sofa & tv. There were chocolates left everytime the beds were made. The staff was great. They had my room key ready when I returned to the hotel! The central location is fantastic since you can return any time to relax and drop off any purchases then head back out. The restaurant is good too. I WILL stay here again with my next trip to Vienna!
