A lovely, comfortable hotel, grand in aspect but not in attitude. The staff is charming and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, the location is excellent. The breakfast, however, is ridiculously expensive; go down the street to the Cafe Schwarzenberg instead.

Excellent stay, staff especially concierge was really helpful. Had to book another room for a colleague in another hotel on a budget but the concierge was not there, so went to the reception and there too the staff were really patient in finding different rates and eventually booking one over the phone.
