Small,homely environment ..warm and courteous staff. Tram stop augasse is less than 5 minutes. Descent breakfast provided. Couple of good restaurants nearby...loved the Lucky box eatery very closeby...got a tasty, yummy chinese lunch for 3.5 euros:-)

A small hotel with friendly staff. There was no fridge in the room and it smelled smoke, but the price was quite good for Vienna and there was a good tram connection to the center. Enjoyed the view of the nearby Spittelau tower and WU campus across the street.
