We have been here for 6 years running. The former owners sold it a few years ago and the new owners have done a total redo. While it was always comfortable, it is now dazzling. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is top of the line. the only negative is that the rooms are not well lit.

The value of this place cannot be beat. Very thoughtful staff, right next to the metro and the nicest room I stayed at during my three week trip to Europe. We stayed for 5 nights in triple room named "Hermes room" - quite big, nice design, clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and well served! Personal was attentive and helpfull. Pansion is near Karlpatz - 3 min walk. We will be glad to be back again in future!

I stayed at this hotel with my daughters and it was a very nice stay - in the very centre (cca 250m from the Opera, 500m from the Stephansdome), easy to find, easy to reach by car. We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel before Christmas. The hotel location is great, recently remodeled with wonderful staff. Great breakfast too. Only negative is our room had a very small bathroom and no elevator for luggage (must walk up one flight of stairs. All in all, you will not find a better place to stay in Vienna.
