Apart from the concierge team the rest of the service in this hotel was well below par. In summary it was slow, sloppy and totally lacking warmth. Also watch out for what the painfully slow and expensive Internet service - almost useless in-room. Any upsides? Not really although the rooms are clean and very comfortable so slept well.

Nice, large rooms. Excellent service during breakfast - staff went out of their way to provide a good experience. Otherwise the 'typical' large chain, commercial hotel. Next time would rather stay in a smaller, more personal place for a family vacation.

Stayed here as part of a conference and found that the rooms were large and comfortable. Perfectly located for access to the large park, restaurants and centre shopping area. However the breakfast was very average and food was generally overpriced. So bottom line, I'd stay here again but wouldn't eat or drink here.

If you are going to Vienna you would find it hard to get a better hotel for comfort and position all sightseeing is within walking distance good bars and restaurants close by staff friendly and helpful rooms are like any chain hotel but spacious and have coffe making in the room great time will certainly use this hotel again
