Cosy small hotel, excellent location. Sitting at breakfast a little cramped, but with my body constitution could survive ;-) Hotel is clean, nice and helpful receptionist, a bit of a maze upstairs. It's not the Grand Hotel Wien, but it's fine and I like it.

Stayed in middle of June, Vienna was very hot and the AC in the room was inadequate. Room was reasonably clean, breakfast was nice in the morning. Staff friendly and helpful. Little on the expensive side however. Tram stop right outside for very quick access to most of the sights. Ok hotel, stay if the price is right.

I stayd in this hotel 2 days, it does not deserve the value of money, the bed are two old and not comfortable at all, The thing i like is location, only few steps from citycenter and all attractions.

This hotel is accessible by tram and bus. The location was perfect. It's near all the sites and attractions, and mostly importantly right on the tram line. Our room was very nice. The hotel is located on the top floor of the building. It was very quiet. The staff is very nice and friendly.
